# 請假申請
## ✅【說明】
:small\_orange\_diamond:**針對"未來"將要請假的日期，事先提出假單申請。**
****:small\_orange\_diamond:**也可申請"過去"的假單，相當於銷假申請功能。("過去假單申請"由校方決定是否啟用)。**
:small\_orange\_diamond:**如果在**「**請假申請**」**送出缺曠日期的假單，待假單被核准後，**「**銷假申請**」**的缺曠也會被銷掉。**
:small\_orange\_diamond:**申請請假後，可以到「請假紀錄」，查詢是否有正確送出假單。**
## ✅【**操作**】
#### 1.設定要請假的日期與節次。

**當請假天數超過一天，而每天要請假的節次不同，需要使用"增加請假區間"功能，將不同節次的日期分開設定。**
【例如】星小河同學想要從06月01日的第五堂課開始，請假到06月02日第八節課。
* 正確設定：增加請假區間，先設定06月01號五至八節，再設定06月02號一至八節。
* 錯誤設定：未增加區間，直接設定06月01\~06月02的五到八節。 \
(導致06/02 的一至四節沒請到假)

#### 2.在預覽功能，可以檢查節次、日期，是否設定正確。
#### 3.選擇「假別」。
#### 4.輸入請假事由。
#### 5.點擊「請選擇檔案」，附上證明文件。
#### 6.確定假單皆輸入正確，就按下「申請送出」，系統會詢問是否確認送出，點擊「確認」即可。
#### 7.成功送出請假申請。
