# 銷假申請

## ✅【說明】 <a href="#shui-ming" id="shui-ming"></a>

​:small\_orange\_diamond:**針對"過去"，已經被登記缺、曠、遲到的日期，申請銷假假單。**

:small\_orange\_diamond:**若超過學校規定的銷假期限，將無法送出假單。**\
**(如果校方有開啟逾期銷假功能，那麼假單還是可以送出，並顯示為"逾期申請假單")**

:small\_orange\_diamond:**申請銷假後，可以到「請假紀錄」，查詢是否有正確送出假單。**

#### 2.選擇假別。

#### 3.輸入請假事由。

#### 4.點擊「請選擇檔案」，附上證明文件。

#### 5.確定假單皆輸入正確，就按下「申請送出」，系統會詢問是否確認送出，點擊「確認」即可。

#### 6.成功送出假單，假單狀態變更為「審核中」。
