#### :small\_blue\_diamond:學生可以取消自己和家長幫忙申請的假單，而家長能取消自己幫學生申請的假單。

:heavy\_check\_mark:**銷假**\
:small\_blue\_diamond:**針對"過去"，已經被登記缺、曠、遲到的日期，申請銷假假單。**<br>

:heavy\_check\_mark: **請假**\
:small\_blue\_diamond:**針對"未來"，對將要請假的日期，事先提出假單申請。**\
:small\_blue\_diamond:**也可申請"過去"的假單，相當於銷假申請功能。("過去假單申請"由校方決定是否啟用)。**

## :eye\_in\_speech\_bubble:家長未確認假單會如何?

#### :small\_blue\_diamond:「家長確認」是否為必要流程，由校方設定，請依學校規定為主。

* 「家長確認」被設為"必要"流程：只要家長沒進行確認，假單就無法進入教師審核階段。
* 「家長確認」被設為"非必要"流程，無論家長是否有進行假單確認，都不影響審核流程。

:small\_blue\_diamond:**請假與銷假一般會有申請時間限制，超過期限後再送出假單，就會顯示「逾期申請假單」。**\
(假單申請是否有時間限制，以及是否開放逾期申請功能，由校方設定，請依學校規定為主)

## :eye\_in\_speech\_bubble:不核准的假單，可以重新送審嗎?

#### :small\_blue\_diamond:不核准假單是否可以用同一張重新送審，由校方決定是否開啟「假單重新申請」功能。

* 「開放重新申請」：不核准的假單會退還給學生，可以修改內容與假別，再重新送審(申請日期為原本的日期)。
* 「關閉重新申請」：無法用同一張假單再送審，需要重新申請一張新的假單。

:small\_blue\_diamond:**可以到「請假紀錄/狀態-檢視關卡」進行查詢。**&#x20;

:small\_blue\_diamond:**能查詢到負責審核的教師、是否核准假單與審核日期。**
