#### **可管理針對「學生團體」進行課程諮詢的紀錄。**

**①點擊"新增"。**

**②輸入日期、地點、諮詢主題和內容。**

**③選擇條件後，點擊"查詢"搜尋特定的對象。** \
(能搜尋到的班級與學生，由管理者於「系統管理 - 帳號權限管理」設定)

**④勾選要加入諮詢名單的學生，完成後點擊"挑選"。**\
(點擊"全選"可以勾選篩選後名單內的所有學生，點擊"全不選"可以清除所有勾選的學生)

**⑤確認加入團體諮詢的學生名單。** \
(點擊"X"可以刪除名單內的學生)

**⑥檔案上傳相關附件。**

**⑦完成後點擊 ，即成功新增團體輔導主題。** \

**①點擊新增。**

* 團體與個人諮詢紀錄→能匯出成EXCEL檔案。
* 課諮總表(鐘點費用)→能匯出成EXCEL檔案。
* 列印課程諮詢紀錄明細→能列印或匯出成PDF檔案。
* 列印課程諮詢紀錄明細(未實施班級)→能列印或匯出成PDF檔案。
