# 一、檔案上傳
## 🔳介面說明
:small\_blue\_diamond:**A學年學期：**可以切換要上傳檔案的學年度學期。
:small\_blue\_diamond:**B已上傳紀錄：**已上傳歷程收訖明細的紀錄，會顯示以下資訊。
* 上傳人員
* 上傳時間
* 學生能確認資料的開放區間
* 相關名冊
:small\_blue\_diamond:**C未上傳紀錄：**未上傳歷程收訖明細的紀錄，可以針對單一類別上傳。
:small\_blue\_diamond:**D匯入收訖明細：**可以上傳複數類別的歷程收訖明細。
## 🔳匯入收訖明細步驟
### 步驟一、選擇學年度學期
#### 請選擇要進行檔案上傳的學年度和學期。

**貼心小機制：**
請不用擔心會匯錯學年度學期，當你上傳檔案時，系統會進行檔名和學年學期比對，若有選錯，系統便會跳出提醒視窗，阻止您上傳唷!😳

### 步驟二、上傳歷程收訖檔案與解壓縮
#### 1.請點擊匯入收訖明細按鈕。
#### 2.選擇要上傳的壓縮檔案，點擊開啟。
#### 3.輸入解壓縮密碼，點擊確認。
### 步驟三、勾選上傳檔案類別
#### 勾選要上傳的檔案類別，分為以下四種。
* 修課紀錄
* 課程學習成果
* 多元表現
* 校內幹部經歷

**如何分辨這次匯入的壓縮檔，有哪些類別的資料呢?**
請看類別旁邊的括弧
呈現「新版本」，即為無論原本有沒有資料，此次匯入會有新的內容。\
呈現「未匯入」，表示這次沒有資料匯入。\
呈現「無異動」，代表原本有資料，但這次匯入不會有任何影響。
* 「新版本」：這次匯入的檔案中有新資料，且下方會提供詳細的名冊列表。
* 「未匯入」→沒有資料匯入。
* 「無異動」→原本有資料，但這次匯入不會有任何影響。

### 步驟四、設定學生確認期限
#### 設定學生能確認資料的開始與結束時間。
### 步驟五、確認匯入檔案
#### 1.點擊「確認匯入收訖明細」。
#### 2.系統跳出確認訊息，勾選確認執行後，點擊確認。
### 步驟六、成功匯入檔案
#### 1.儲存成功，系統會自動發送MAIL給相關的學生與導師。
#### 2.可以在首頁查看上傳成功的檔案。

### 🔎修改收訖明細確認時間
#### 1.點擊「修改」按鈕。
#### 2.調整收訖明細確認時間，完成後點擊「確認修改時間」按鈕。
#### 3.跳出再次確認視窗，勾選「確認執行」，並點擊「確認」。
#### 4.修改成功。
