## :eye\_in\_speech\_bubble:**為何**看不到要審核的假單?
****:small\_blue\_diamond:**當無法看到要審核的假單時，請確認：**
**1.還未輪到您審核** \
當審核流程有多道關卡時，假單會依照關卡順序進行審核，需要輪到自己審核的關卡時，才能看到假單。 (如果一道關卡有多位審核者，只要其中一位審核，假單就會前往下一道關卡囉!)
**2.審核流程未設定周全** \
校方設定審核規則時，會依照假單的天數與類別(請假、銷假)，來設定審核教師，如果未設定周全，剛好有送審的假單不適用已存在的任何一條規則時，就會導致假單被卡住，因為沒有任何教師能審核這份假單。
**3.家長未確認假單**\
當校方啟用「審核者畫面，隱藏家長未確認假單」功能，那麼在家長確認假單前，審核者就無法看到此筆假單喔!
## :eye\_in\_speech\_bubble:如何取消假單?
:small\_blue\_diamond:**在假單通過全部的審核流程，狀態變更為"已核准"前，皆可取消假單。**
#### :small\_blue\_diamond:導師與任課教師，能取消自己幫學生代為申請的假單。

:heavy\_check\_mark: **銷假**
:small\_blue\_diamond:**學生針對"過去"，已經被登記缺、曠、遲到的日期，申請銷假假單。**
****:heavy\_check\_mark:**請假**
:small\_blue\_diamond:**學生針對"未來"，將要請假的日期，事先提出假單申請。**
:small\_blue\_diamond:**學生也可申請"過去"的假單，相當於銷假申請功能。("過去假單申請"由校方決定是否啟用)。**
## :eye\_in\_speech\_bubble:不核准的假單可以再送審嗎?
#### :small\_blue\_diamond:由校方決定是否開啟「假單重新申請」功能。
* 「開放重新申請」：不核准的假單會退還給學生，能修改內容與假別，再重新送審(申請日期為原本的日期)。
* 「關閉重新申請」：學生無法用同一張假單再送審，需要重新申請一張新的假單。
