# 批次請假

## ✅【說明】

:small\_orange\_diamond:**導師與任課教師，可以代替學生「申請假單」，且能一次幫多位學生申請。**

:small\_orange\_diamond:**申請假單後，可以到**【請假紀錄】查詢假單狀況。

## ✅【操作】

#### 1.點擊「選取學生」，新增學生名單。

####  2.可以設定班級與學號，搜尋目標學生。

#### 3.勾選要加入請假名單的學生，完成後點擊「選取」。

#### 4.加入學生名單後，選擇日期與節次。

**當請假天數超過一天，而每天要請假的節次不同，需要使用"增加請假區間"功能，將不同節次的日期分開設定。**

【例如】教師幫學生從06月01日的第五堂課開始，請假到06月02日第八節課。

* 正確設定：增加請假區間，先設定06月01號五至八節，再設定06月02號一至八節。

* 錯誤設定：未增加區間，直接設定06月01\~06月02的五到八節。\
  (導致06/02 的一至四節沒請到假)

#### 5.在預覽功能，可以檢查節次、日期，是否設定正確。

#### 6.選擇「假別」。

#### 7.輸入請假事由。

#### 8.點擊「請選擇檔案」，附上證明文件。

#### 9.確定假單皆輸入正確，就按下「申請送出」，系統會跳出再次確認訊息，點擊「確認」即可。

#### 10.成功送出假單申請。

#### 11.批次請假的申請會顯示在「請假紀錄」中，並註明由教師代為申請。
