# 請假紀錄

## ✅【說明】 <a href="#shui-ming" id="shui-ming"></a>

**​**:small\_orange\_diamond:**「導師」可以檢視本班學生當學期的請假紀錄， 以及自己申請批次請假的紀錄。**

**​**:small\_orange\_diamond:**「教師」可以檢視自己申請批次請假的紀錄。**

​:small\_orange\_diamond:**假單狀態有四種，處於不同狀態，能操作的項目也不同。**

1. **「未審核」**

   假單尚未被審核，狀態會顯示"未審核"。

   功能➜修改資訊、檢視關卡、取消假單
2. **「審核中」**

   審核者為一人以上，部分審核者同意假單核准，但剩下的關卡尚未審完，假單狀態會顯示"審核中"。

   功能➜檢視關卡、取消假單
3. **「已核准」**

   審核者全數核可假單申請，狀態會顯示"已核准"。

   功能➜檢視關卡
4. **「不核准」**

   只要任一道關卡的審核者，按下不核准，假單就不會進到下一道關卡，狀態會顯示"不核准"

   功能➜查看備註 、檢視關卡、取消假單

**修改資訊：**&#x5728;假單被審核前，可以修改事由與附件(僅能修改自己申請的假單)。

**查看備註：**&#x88AB;評為不核准的假單，可以在查看備註功能，檢視不核准的原因。

**檢視關卡：**&#x986F;示假單審核關卡的教師、審核日期與是否核准。

**取消假單：**&#x5728;假單完成審核前，皆可取消假單。
