# ◈網頁版的難字無法顯示時?(製作中)

## **步驟簡介**

:small\_blue\_diamond:**當難字無法正常顯示時，請執行以下步驟：**

1. 開啟【全字庫】，查詢網站是否有提供此字形。\
   (若遇到全字庫也無法查詢到的難字，請恕欣河系統不支援正常呈現。)
2. 複製該字的CSN碼。
3. 至【欣河官網→難字管理→篩選及更新難字】，選擇名字有難字的教師或學生。
4. 以CSN碼，將呈現空格或特殊符號的難字替換掉，並更新到各系統。\
   (若以CSN碼找不到您要的字，請改用「難字申請功能」，欣河會將此字加入替換列表)

### :small\_blue\_diamond: STEP 1 搜尋難字的CSN碼

1.開啟【[全字庫](http://www.cns11643.gov.tw/index.jsp)】網站。

**2.點擊「字碼查詢」，依需求選擇查詢方式。**\
※以下用注音查詢示範。

#### 3.輸入該字的注音，完成後點擊「開始搜尋」。

**4.找到該字，並點擊進入字形說明畫面。**\
※若全字庫無法查詢到該字，請恕欣河網頁版無法呈現此字。

#### 5.將「CNS碼」複製起來。

### :small\_blue\_diamond: STEP 2 替換難字與更新系統

#### 1.以使用者身分登入【欣河官網】的客戶專區，並進入「難字管理」功能

#### 2.選擇「篩選及更新難字」功能，找到姓名有難字的對象(教師、學生)。

#### 3.選擇無法正常呈現的文字方塊，系統會開啟替換列表。

#### 4.以CSN碼搜尋，找到並點擊要替換的字。

(若以CSN碼找不到您要的字，請改用「難字申請功能」，欣河會將此字加入替換列表)

**5.點擊**「**儲存至各系統**」**就完成囉!**

#### 當您在全字庫有搜尋到難字的CSN碼，在欣河官網「篩選及更新難字」的替換列表卻沒有找到此文字時，請改用「 難字申請」，申請後欣河會將此字新增至替換列表中。

#### 1.選擇「 難字申請」功能。

#### 2.輸入CSN碼，點擊"申請"。

#### 3.申請後，可以到「申請進度查詢」確認申請新增難字的處理進度。

#### 4.等申請成功後，至「篩選及更新難字」，選擇對象➜選擇要替換的字➜儲存至各系統即可。
