# 系統手動更新(線上更新)

* **執行手動更新前，請先將要更新的系統關閉。**
* **請確認要更新的系統是否有續約，若未在維護期內，恕不提供更新檔案。**

### 💗前置作業

#### 請先將電腦的資料夾設定為「顯示副檔名」，做到解壓縮步驟時，就不怕搞混.zip和.exe檔案唷!

### STEP 1 【登入欣河官網】

#### 開啟欣河官網[https://www.shin-her.com.tw/ ](<https://www.shin-her.com.tw/ >)，點擊「客戶登入」，並以"使用者"身分登入。

### STEP 2 【下載更新檔】

#### 於使用者的欣河客戶專區，找到您要更新的系統，點擊「下載更新」。

**下載時若跳出"此為不安全檔案"的訊息，請至瀏覽器的"下載"功能，點選「保留不安全檔案」。**

### STEP 3 【開啟系統資料夾】

#### (1)對桌面的系統捷徑點右鍵，選擇「內容」。

**(2)點擊**「**開啟檔案位置**」。

#### (3)成功開啟系統資料夾。

### STEP 4 【放入更新檔】

#### 將步驟2下載的更新檔(.zip檔案)，貼到步驟3的資料夾中。

### STEP 5 【解壓縮】

**執行解壓縮時，請務必選擇「解壓縮至此」，不要選"解壓縮檔案"**

#### (1)對.zip更新檔點右鍵，選擇「解壓縮至此」。

#### (2)會解出.exe檔案。

#### (3)再次對.exe檔點右鍵，選擇「解壓縮至此」。

#### (4)系統會跳出"是否要取代原有檔案"的提醒視窗，選擇「全部皆是」。

### STEP 6 【確認系統版本】

#### &#x20;開啟系統，確認是否成功更新為最新版本。
