# 如何申請「應用程式專用密碼」

使用原因
**原先透過Google發送欣河系統相關郵件時，皆需提供一組Google帳號及密碼給欣河，並開啟「低安全性應用程式存取權」，但自2022年5月30日起，Google將不再支援使用者設定「低安全性應用程式存取權」，此政策正式生效後，郵件發送便會受到影響，因此請各校今後改為提供「應用程式密碼」讓欣河進行設定，以維持郵件正常發送。**

### 注意事項
#### 必須先啟用「兩步驟驗證」，才能申請「應用程式專用密碼」。

### **功能說明**
#### :closed\_lock\_with\_key:**「兩步驟驗證」**
**進行裝置綁定，加強**Google**帳號安全性。**\
(開啟功能後，登入帳戶時要經過雙重驗證，除了要輸入密碼，還要進行裝置驗證。)
#### :busts\_in\_silhouette:**「應用程式專用密碼」**
**新增一組密碼，提供第三方應用程式使用。**\
(開啟功能後，第三方應用程式若要連結到您的 Google 帳戶，就會使用專用密碼，您不再需要提供真實密碼。)

## :people\_hugging:確認帳戶類型

**請務必確認使用的google帳戶，是「一般的個人帳戶」，還是「學校管理的帳戶」。**

**1.請點擊以下網址，登入後點一下自己的帳戶頭像。**

**2.確認帳戶類型。**
* **「一般的個人帳戶」：**不會出現「這個帳戶由xxx所管理」的文字，可直接進行「兩步驟驗證」。
* **「學校管理的帳戶」：**會出現「這個帳戶由xxx所管理」的文字，要先請管理員開啟權限，才能進行「兩步驟驗證」。
3.**若為「學校管理的帳戶」，請先登入學校的管理帳戶，找到兩步驟驗證功能，進行以下設定：**
* 勾選「允許使用者開啟兩步驟驗證功能」
* 強制執行選擇「關閉」。
**4.完成後，被管理的帳戶也能進行「兩步驟驗證」囉!**

**1.點擊以下網址，開啟頁面後點擊「開始使用」。**

**2.選擇Google帳號，並輸入密碼，完成後點擊「繼續」。**
**3.請確認帳號綁定裝置，沒問題後點擊「繼續」。**
**4.輸入手機號碼，選擇以「傳送簡訊」的方式取得驗證碼，完成後點擊「傳送」。**
**5.輸入手機收到的驗證碼，點擊「下一步」。**
**6.點擊「啟用」。**
**7.成功啟用「兩步驟驗證」功能。**

**1.點擊以下網址。**

**2.應用程式填寫 「郵件」，完成後點擊 「建立」。**
**3.成功產生「應用程式專用密碼」，請截圖或以記錄的方式將16位數的密碼記下，留存後按下「完成」，將密碼提供給欣河資訊。**

**此畫面關閉後，就無法再查到密碼囉!如果真的沒記到，請再重新產生一組新密碼。**

**※「應用程式專用密碼」提供給欣河使用後，請不要進行刪除動作，若要產生新密碼並刪除舊密碼，也請事先告知欣河資訊，避免應用程式連結失效。**
