# 如何參加「線上研習會」

### **注意事項：**

1. **建議使用「電腦」參加欣河線上研習會，手機版的畫面很小，看簡報會很辛苦喔! 😵**<br>
2. **建議提前15分鐘，進入線上研習會等候。**<br>
3. **研習會結束後，可以到欣河官網的使用者客戶專區劉覽研習會講義與錄影檔。**

## 💻電腦版

#### 1.報名成功後，會收到研習會邀請信，請保留此信(研習會當天要使用此信加入會議)。

* 寄件者為「Microsoft Teams」
* 信件標題為「您已註冊欣河XXX教育訓練研習會」

#### 2.在研習會當天，開始前15分鐘，即可點擊邀請信的「加入活動」。

#### 3.依個人狀況，選擇加入Teams會議的方式。

* 已有Microsoft Teams帳號，但未下載電腦版Teams，請點擊「下載Windows應用程式」。
* 沒有Microsoft Teams帳號，請點擊「在此瀏覽器上繼續」，此選項不需進行任何登入、下載與安裝。
* 已有Microsoft Teams帳號，且有安裝電腦版Teams，請點擊「開啟您的Teams應用程式」。

#### 4.於參加者名稱輸入您的「學校簡稱-處室-姓名」。

* 學校名稱打簡稱即可，不需要輸入全銜與縣市。
  * 範例一：台北市立欣河高級中學，請打"欣河高中"
  * 範例二：台北市立欣河高級家事商業職業學校，請打"欣河家商"

#### 5.輸入參與者名稱後，點擊「立即加入」，即會進入等候大廳，待欣河核准後，就成功加入會議囉!!
