**1.系統提供多種不同類型的報表，資料內容不同，搜尋條件也不同，請依個人需求進行報表查詢與下載。**
**2.須先執行「報表查詢」，才能操作「下載EXCEL檔」功能。**

## **💡報表查詢**
▼以下用「出席異常資料查詢」進行示範。
#### **1.選擇要查詢的報表。**

#### **2.設定要查詢的「開始日期與結束日期」。**
**3.設定要查詢的「班級」。** \
**※**維持空白會呈現全部班級的資料。

**4.輸入查詢學生的「學號或姓名」。** \
**※**維持空白會呈現全部學生的資料。
#### **5.點擊「查詢」，系統會呈現符合條件的資料。**

## **💡下載EXCEL檔**
#### **1.執行過「報表查詢」後，能看到「下載EXCEL」的按鈕，直接點擊按鈕。**
