# 導師點名

### 導師**點名說明**
1. **導師主要針對「早、升、午、降」進行點名作業。**
2. **導師也能在導師點名功能，針對「非自己的課程」進行點名，但不能暫存與回存，且該堂課程的任課教師與代點學生，皆有權限更改導師的點名紀錄。**

### **導師回存規則**
* **「早、升、午、降」→可以回存。**
* **「非自己的課程」→可以點名，但不能暫存與回存。**

## 🔰點名作業
#### 1.點名類型選擇「導師點名」，系統會自動呈現當天的課表。
#### 2.對著要點名的課程，按下「開始點名」。
#### 3.**再次**點擊「開始點名」，進入登記模式。
※若所有學生都有出席，請直接點擊「全到」，按下後系統會自動暫存，就不需要登記學生出席狀態囉!

### **課表顯示方式**
**課表可以選擇「顯示當節」或「顯示整天」。**

**4.選擇出席狀態後，針對未出席的學生，在對應欄位進行點擊。**\
※導師只有"早、升、午、降"才能回存唷!

### 本日出席狀況
點擊學生名字旁邊的「本日出席狀況」，可查詢此學生整天的出席紀錄。\
(此功能可以在【管理功能/一般設定/可檢視當日出席狀況】啟用或關閉。)

### 備註
**設定學生出席狀態時，可以點擊「備註」，輸入文字備註。**\

#### 5.出席狀態登記完畢，即可進行「回存」或「暫存」，系統會詢問是否確定送出，點擊「確認」。

### **暫存與回存**
**暫存：**暫時儲存點名紀錄，可以再進行修改。\
**回存：**將點名紀錄回存至學務處，一旦回存，就無法在點名系統異動紀錄囉!

#### 6.成功進行點名。
## 🔰回存作業
**1.可查看當天點名紀錄，並檢視課程狀態(已暫存、已回存)。**\
※若不是自己的課程，導師不能暫存，也不能回存唷!
#### 2.若要「回存」已暫存的點名紀錄，可以勾選已暫存的課程，點擊「批次回存」。
※可以複數勾選，並一次「回存」多筆課程。
※僅能回存「已暫存」的課程。
#### 3.系統會詢問是否確認要回存，點擊「確認」。
#### 4.回存成功，課程的暫存狀態變更為「已回存」。
