## 🔳檢視明細-介面說明

:small\_blue\_diamond:**A學年學期：**可以切換要檢視歷程收訖明細的學年度學期。

:small\_blue\_diamond:**B類別：**檔案類別，分為以下四種。

* 修課紀錄
* 課程學習成果
* 多元表現
* 校內幹部經歷

:small\_blue\_diamond:**C確認期限：**回報檢視結果的時間期限，過期後無法進行問題回報。

:small\_blue\_diamond:**D問題回報：**檢查歷程名冊的資料是否正確，並回報資料正確或有問題。

## 🔳回報檢視結果

### 狀況一、資料正確

#### 1.點擊「資料皆正確無誤」的按鈕。

#### 2.在文字欄內輸入「確定」兩個字，點擊確認按鈕。

#### 3.確認完畢，回報成功!

#### 4.可以列印此頁面，進行資料留存。

### 狀況二、資料有錯誤

**注意事項：**

▶回報完畢後**，**待校方協助確認和修正後，資料會再次被匯進系統，屆時請再次檢查內容，並回報檢視結果。

▶回報錯誤完畢，依各校規定通知導師或負責教師。

#### 1.點擊「回報問題」的按鈕。

#### 2.勾選問題類型(資料有少、有多與有誤三種)，並詳細描述狀況。

#### 3.確認問題描述清楚後，點擊「確認送出」。

#### 4.勾選「確認執行」，點擊確認。

#### 6.只要在確認期限內，都可以點擊「回報問題」的按鈕，補充與修改問題。
